TAIWAN
CHRISTMAS CARD MAILING CHOP
Ai
Li-Shan
Taiwan uses many postal information chops to inform the public of services
available, or sometimes changes in the postal system. The cover illustrated has a postage paid chop
on the back and on the front are two chops which read “unsealed Christmas cards
can be mailed as printed matter”, thus saving the mailer considerable
money. This cover is from Sintien (a
suburb of Taipei)
dated December 24, 1971.
