3-13       Correspondence transported with the Transsiberian Railway is the first part of a major article discussing the history of post via Siberia in great detail. In this part the post up to October 1903 (when the route was opened to UPU general international mail) is discussed. Apart from a few exceptions only post franked with Russian stamps was transported during this period.

14          Hat Tax discusses the recent publication by Ai Li-shan of a booklet containing all available knowledge on the revenue stamps used in Taiwan to pay for the inspection of the hats produced there.
