NEW POSTOFFICE SEAL FROM TAIWAN

As many of you are aware, the Taiwan post office has been using a cellophane tape for sealing mail (especially damaged) for a number of years. The tape previously used was approximately ¾ inch wide and came in rolls. Recently I received a registered envelope from Keelung, Taiwan that had a new sealing tape that was 48 mm wide. As with the previous tapes they will no doubt turn yellow and eventually dry up. I know of no long term storage methods to resolve this problem.
