Refugee Relief Cover

Ai Li-Shan

The illustrated cover was sent from Shanghai on December 8, 1939 to Sian, Shensi Province. It was rerouted then to Sikiang, where it arrived on December 28, 1939. I have only seen one other Famine Relief cover, this being the only one concerning the aid to Refugees. Has anyone seen other such examples, or perhaps know the source of the cover? If so, please provide the details to the editor for an update.
